A Big Day Out for all Solent Sea Swimmers!

Avon Beach is a sandy beach situated in the coastal town of Mudeford, the beach sits just east of Mudeford Quay and marks the start of the Christchurch Bay which stretches out to Highcliffe.

Avon Beach recently received a Blue Flag award in recognition of high standards of cleanliness and water purity.

On the beach you will find a cafe shop and popular family seafood restaurant called The Noisy Lobster, but we thought it might be an idea to bring a picnic.

The area directly in front of the car park is allocated for watersports. Besides that the area is great for swimming!
